Just another piece of the beautiful Navajo Nation

Yá'át'ééh, If you have any information you would like displayed, please contact the Kaibeto Chapter Administration.

The Kaibeto Chapter has been "settled" since about the 1840s, but was not officially recognized by the Navajo Nation Government until about late 1955, when the Navajo Tribal Council began assisting Chapters. The present Chapter House was built in 1960.

Kaibeto Chapter is located in District One, Unit Two of the Navajo Nation, in the Northeastern corner of Coconino County, Arizona. This is also the home Chapter of the Former Navajo Nation President Kelsey A. Begaye. Recently Kaibeto Chapter became the only solar powered Chapter House on the Navajo Nation for the Gates Foundation Native American Access to Technology Program.
